Volunteer Committees
Admissions/Will Call: Sell & issue daily tickets, check tickets/credentials at admissions gates and oversee Will Call. Everyday
Caddies/Practice Facilities: Hospitality for the pro’s caddies including registration and servicing the player’s driving range and practice green. Everyday
Carts: Inventory, maintenance and distribution of carts to tournament staff and officials and operate a shuttle cart for elderly/disabled spectators from the admissions gate to clubhouse. Everyday
Communications: Signing out radios each morning to staff and volunteers and checking them in each evening. Everyday. Early mornings and late afternoons.
Course Distribution: Distribution of water/beverages, pairings guides and newspapers to corporate tents/skyboxes and tee boxes. Everyday, Requires physical lifting
Disabled Services: Operation of shuttle carts for disabled patrons to various drop-off points. Everyday.
Leaderboards: Post individual scores and totals on a manual leaderboard. Friday – Sunday
Marshals/Spotters: Responsible for gallery control on each hole and major traffic areas on-course. Marshals not working with a specific group or hole will be placed at a hole where they are most needed. Wednesday – Sunday
Merchandise: Provide customer service and retail assistance to corporate hospitality patrons, spectators, and volunteers during their visit to the Merchandise tents. Wed – Sun
Office: General office operation duties and staffing of the Tournament Office prior to and during Tournament Week.
Player Transportation: Airport pick-up and drop-off of pros and TOUR officials. Also provide transportation services during event week for players and officials as needed. Will be staffed at airport and various hotels. Before, during, and after tournament week; some early morning and late evenings based on Player Flights
Pro-Am: Hospitality and package distribution for amateurs competing in the Pro-Am’s. Tuesday – Thursday
Security: Monitor and ensure spectators have proper credentials for hospitality skyboxes and clubhouse areas. Everyday
Standard Bearers: Carry player identification signs, walking all 18 holes. Wed – Sun
TV/Spotters: Assist the Golf Channel with operations during the week. Friday - Sunday
Uniforms: Assist with Uniform Distribution before the event and extra uniform sales during event. Everyday
Volunteer Check-In & Shuttles: Check-In volunteers and disperse meal vouchers. Help answer general volunteer questions. Operate van shuttles around the perimeter of the course picking up and dropping of volunteers. Will be located at Volunteer Parking. Early mornings and late evenings; Everyday
Volunteer Headquarters: Assist in Volunteer Headquarters with meals and general volunteer information. Everyday
Walking Scorers: Score the pros throughout their rounds with a hand-held Palm Pilot. Wednesday – Sunday
