We are excited to welcome you to play Wakonda Club for yourself as part of this Principal Charity Classic Wakonda Club Experience Package.
To properly manage these Experience Packages along with Wakonda’s membership play and events, we have several things to note as you look to plan your round.

All guests may use the practice facility after checking in and prior to play.
Calendar of availability.
The first day available will be August 6, 2024. Final day of play is dependent on the weather, typically around mid-November.

August: 9, 12, 17-23, 26-31
September: 1-2, 8-9, 16-21, 23, 30
October: 7, 13-14, 21
November: 9, 21-30
Tee time policy.
Experience Package tee times are limited to a maximum of eight players per day, with a maximum of two foursomes.
Tee times will be able to be made 5 days in advance.

Tee times will be able to be made 5 days in advance. Contact Aaron Krueger at aaronk@wakondaclub.com with your selected date(s) and your ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER to secure your tee time. Once confirmed, Aaron Krueger will provide a pre-play informational form.

Wakonda Club Policies.
Overall Personal Conduct:
Everyone using the golf course shall observe the general rules of golf courtesy and rules regarding the use of golf carts, let faster groups play through, replace and repair divots on the fairway and repair ball marks on the green. The observation of general golf etiquette and respect of the game is required for all players at Wakonda Club.
Wakonda Club has an on-course dress code, to which all players must adhere. All men must wear golf slacks or mid-length shorts. A collared shirt with sleeves is also required. All women must wear golf slacks, golf shorts or mid-length shorts, partnered with an appropriate golf shirt. Other clothing styles appropriate for women are collarless shirts, blouses and/or sweatshirts that conform to the styles sold in the Wakonda Club Golf Shop. Denim or gym shorts/pants are not permitted, and all headwear must be worn forward.
All players at Wakonda Club are subject to maintaining a two-hour pace of play per nine holes. Pace of play is monitored by the Golf Staff daily. Please observe the pace of play guidelines, playing ready golf and allow faster groups to play through as a courtesy.
It is the duty of all golfers to observe the golf cart rules given by the golf staff. Strict adherence to these rules is required to keep Wakonda Club in the best condition possible. Please observe the following regulations:
- Cart Path only on all Par 3 holes.
- The Visage GPS will have geofencing and will prevent carts from getting too close to greens or in areas that must avoid cart traffic.
- Please use soil containers to fill divots in the fairway and rough if the original turf divot is not replaceable.
- Certain weather or course conditions may exist that limit the use of carts to the rough only or prevent the use of carts altogether. The Wakonda Golf Staff will contact you on the day of play if those conditions exist.
Wakonda Club Experience Terms & Conditions.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. AVAILABLE TEE TIME DATES AND TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Order Confirmation number is required to book. Do not share your order number. Once a confirmation has been claimed it cannot be used again or transferred.
Tee times will be able to be made 5 days in advance. Tee times are limited to a maximum of eight Experience Package players per day. Maximum of two foursomes per day. To book your tee time, or should you need to change or cancel your confirmed time, please contact Aaron Krueger directly at aaronk@wakondaclub.com.
Rescheduling of tee times is at the sole discretion of Aaron Krueger and Wakonda Club, they are not obligated to allow rebooking or movement of previously booked tee times.
Wakonda Club Experience Packages will not be honored outside of the given booking calendar window, the first day available for tee times is August 6, 2024, Final day of play is dependent on the weather, typically around mid-November and/or November 20, 2024, with blackout dates. Additionally unused Wakonda Club Experience Packages cannot be carried over or used at a different time. Unused Wakonda Club Experience Packages carry no cash value.
By entering onto the Wakonda Club grounds using this package, you acknowledge and agree to the following for yourself and on behalf of any accompanying minor (who shall also be deemed to be “you” for purposes of the following): you assume all risk and danger arising out of your attendance including, without limitation, risks related to covid-19, loss of your personal property, injury, or death from a golf shot or by other spectators or players, and you hereby release Principal Charity Classic, Wakonda Club, sponsors, vendors and their respective affiliates, employees and agents, and all , participating players and caddies, from any and all liabilities arising out of such losses, injuries, illness or death. Furthermore, in no event shall Principal Charity Classic be liable to you for consequential, economic, incidental, indirect, punitive, special, or third-party damages incurred, or loss of profits, arising out of, in connection with, or related to this agreement, even if principal charity classic has been advised of the likelihood or possibility such damages may be incurred.
