Principal® Charity Classic expands Junior Clinic workshop
Free youth programming with PGA TOUR Champions, Iowa Cubs, Iowa Wolves and Iowa Wild
DES MOINES, Iowa– The Principal® Charity Classic will host its annual Junior Clinic at Wakonda Club on Thursday, May 30 at 4:00 p.m. with new, expanded sports offerings.
The Junior Clinic is an hour-long youth program geared toward children ages 6-12 to learn hands on skills from PGA TOUR Champions professionals. New for 2024, children can also interact with local sports teams including the Iowa Cubs, Iowa Wolves and Iowa Wild.
“The Principal Charity Classic is a tournament rooted in giving back to Iowa Children,” said Alex McCarty Principal Charity Classic Tournament Director. “The Junior Clinic is a great way to connect kids to golf and for the players to connect with the Des Moines community.”
